Here’s an idea of what you will do:
You will support the HR team with various functions and administrative tasks. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR practices while contributing to the overall efficiency of our administrative operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources Support:
Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
Help in onboarding new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Assist with employee engagement initiatives and events.
Administrative Tasks:
Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document preparation.
Help manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring availability and organisation.
Assist in scheduling meetings and preparing meeting materials.
Respond to employee inquiries and provide information as needed.
Support special projects as assigned by HR and administrative staff.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Team player with a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
