Academy Team Intern (3 - 6 Months)

Location: Jaya One – HQ

Internship Duration: 3-6 months

Allowance: RM800 per month

Working Days: Monday to Friday

 

Here’s an idea of what you will do:

You will support the development and implementation of training programmes aimed at enhancing the skills and knowledge of our team members. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the healthcare training sector and contribute to improving service delivery.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development of training materials and resources.

  • Participate in the planning and coordination of training sessions and workshops.

  • Support the evaluation and feedback processes to assess training effectiveness.

  • Conduct research on industry best practices and emerging trends in healthcare training.

  • Help manage administrative tasks related to training logistics and documentation.

  • Collaborate with team members to identify training needs and improve programmes.

  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for training initiatives.

 

Requirements:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Education, Healthcare Management, or a related field.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organisational skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Passion for learning and developing others.
