Community Sales Manager (Full-Time)

Location: Kuching, Sarawak (On-site)

Here’s an overview of what you’ll do:

Step in as the mastermind of our sales strategy and execution, ensuring our senior living communities flourish with thriving occupancy and boosted revenue! By powering every stage of our sales pipeline, you will spark new leads and nurture connections, to convert them into thriving residencies. Get set to forge powerful alliances with local partners and key decision-makers, amplifying our reputation and securing valuable referrals!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Pipeline Management: Lead the charge in generating and cultivating promising leads, transforming interest into vibrant new residencies.
  • Strategic Partnerships Development: Build and nurture powerful relationships with local partners and key decision-makers, significantly boosting our community’s awareness and securing valuable resident referrals.
  • Sales Success: Master sales planning and execution, consistently achieving and maintaining our budgeted occupancy and revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Education and Experience: Bring minimum three (3) to five (5) years of proven sales expertise, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Hospitality Management Studies or a related field. Sales and marketing experience in nursing homes, medical centres, or the hotel industry is a fantastic bonus!
  • Strategic Thinker: Demonstrate sharp judgment, keen problem-solving skills, and decisive decision-making that truly drives results.

Care Collective is an Intergenerational Senior Living community, operated by Care Concierge in a pioneering venture with ELICA EQUITY. Scheduled to soft-open in Q1, 2026, it accommodates more than 120 Independent Living, Long-term Care and Dementia Care communities with organised programmes, making it the first integrated Premium senior living operator in Kuching, Sarawak.
