Business Office cum HR Administrator (Full-time)

Location: Kuching, Sarawak (On-site)

We want a meticulous maestro who can orchestrate our community’s daily office and HR functions! As a Business Office cum HR Administrator, you will ensure butter-smooth operations and impeccable record-keeping, stepping up to master resident data management, provide vital financial advisory, and become our go-to HR expert for seamless payroll and benefits!

Here’s an overview of what you’ll do:

Lead the charge on our community’s backbone operations, ensuring flawless operations and meticulous record-keeping. Get ready to master resident data, provide vital financial advisory, and champion seamless payroll and benefits for our team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Data Management: Own the meticulous collection and maintenance of resident data, ensuring flawless accuracy in statements, aging reports, billing for level of care, and demographic information.
  • Strategic Financial Advisory: Collaborate closely with the General Manager, leveraging your sharp judgment to review and advise on billing issues, expenditures, and critical budgetary matters that shape our community’s success.
  • HR Champion: Coordinate and assist with maintaining accurate employee payroll and benefits data, becoming the go-to expert for guiding employees through their benefit options with clarity and confidence.

Requirements

  • Analytical Ace: Possess a solid history of performance management skills, including the ability to brilliantly perform budget analysis and insightful variance reporting.
  • Education and Experience: Bring 3-5 years of proven experience in business office management or accounting, ideally with a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Business Administration or a related field (HR specialisation is a fantastic bonus!).

Scheduled to soft-open in Q1, 2026, it accommodates more than 120 Independent Living, Long-term Care and Dementia Care communities with organised programmes, making it the first integrated Premium senior living operator in Kuching, Sarawak.
