Key Responsibilities:

• Resident Wellbeing Lead: Take personal ownership of a designated group of residents each shift, providing thoughtful, regular check-ins to foster independence, ensure physical safety, and promote dignity.
• Health Condition Monitoring: Actively observe, report, and document any changes in residents’ conditions, including skin integrity, behaviour shifts, alertness levels, weight, dietary intake, and activity engagement.
• ADL Assistance: Lead and assist residents with essential Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), ensuring their comfort and unwavering support.

Requirements

• Genuine Passion: Possess a deep desire to connect with seniors and a proven ability to gracefully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Education and Experience: Hold an SPM / Diploma in Caregiving Management with a specialisation in care and support. Bring valuable knowledge and experience from a nursing home, private residence, or medical centre setting.
