Expert Care at the Comfort of Your Home
Physiotherapy
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Full payment must be made upfront before a physiotherapist is deployed.
- The client is responsible for covering ALL COVID-19 testing expenses.
- Physiotherapy sessions are non-refundable once utilised and/or paid for.
- Transportation charge is included for selected coverage areas within Klang Valley only.
- A transportation charge of RM2/km (Based on Google Maps mileage) applies outside these areas.

Private Caregiver - Flexible Care (4 hours)
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Full payment must be made upfront before a caregiver is deployed.
- Each session must be between a minimum duration of 4 hours to a maximum of 12 hours per day.
- All Flexi packages will include details on validity and expiry.
- Customer may not be assigned to the same caregiver as the assignment may vary by session.
- Remaining balance of less than 4 hours must be topped up with a minimum of 4 Flexi Care hours or Add-on hours for utilisation.
- Flexi Care sessions are non-refundable once utilised and/or paid for. However, unused care sessions may be transferred to another client, or carried forward within the validity period of the package.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

- For all Care Packages, transportation charges may apply. Please confirm details with your respective Care Manager.
- When applicable, a fee of RM2/km per trip will be incurred, based on Google Maps mileage from the caregiver’s location to the customer’s location.
- For locations outside our primary service regions, transportation charges may vary depending on distance and specific requirements.
- In cases where customer’s location is difficult to access, a Transportation Allowance may be arranged to compensate for the Care Pro. This will be determined and agreed upon prior to confirmation.
Extra Care Support
Medical Chaperone
- All bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
- Full payment must be made upfront before a caregiver is deployed.
- The client is responsible for covering ALL COVID-19 testing expenses.
- Medical chaperone services are non-refundable once utilised and/or paid for.
- Transportation Fee
- Service Travel (Caregiver):
- This caregiver transportation charges is included for homes within our selected Klang Valley coverage areas. A RM2/km transportation charge (based on Google Maps mileage) applies outside these areas.
- During Medical Chaperoning Service:
- The caregiver will accompany the client using Grab or equivalent. The client must cover all transportation costs (to and from the appointment) during the service.

Long-Term Care at Home
- Transportation charge within selected coverage areas in the Klang Valley is included.
- For locations outside of the selected Klang Valley coverage area and other states, a transportation charge of RM2 per kilometer (based on Google Maps mileage) is applicable.
- Refund Policy:
- If the patient passes away, the remaining hours/days will be prorated and refunded within 7-14 working days upon receiving refund details.
- This does not apply to packages with a “No Refund” policy, such as the Care Palliative 7-day Package.
- Other refunds will incur a RM100.00 administration fee.
- Payment must be made upfront before the caregiver is deployed.
- The client is responsible for covering ALL COVID-19 testing expenses.

Assisted Living Residences
- A 1-month deposit is required before check-in.
- Any additional services not included in the package will be charged separately.
- For early check-outs, refunds will be calculated on a pro-rata basis.
