K-Youth Development Programme
In partnership with Khazanah, the K-Youth Development Programme 2026 offers four months of paid training for aspiring professional caregivers. Eligible candidates receive fully sponsored training and the opportunity to be considered for job placement after successful completion and evaluation.
The K-Youth Development Programme certification is jointly awarded by UTAR (Universiti Tunku Abdul Rahman) and Care Concierge Academy, giving graduates a recognised caregiving credential.

Essential Skills
Foundation- Effective verbal & non-verbal communication with elderly
- Understanding cultural sensitivities in elder care
- Documenting & reporting care observations
- Safe bed mobilisation, lifting & transfer techniques
- Use of assistive mobility devices
- Fall prevention & home hazard assessment
- Respectful personal care & hygiene routines
- Safe feeding practices & texture-modified diets
- Skin care & pressure injury prevention
- Measuring blood pressure, pulse, temperature & SpO₂
- Safe medication administration using the 7 Rights
- Risk identification & emergency escalation
*Fully sponsored by Khazanah for eligible candidates. Duration: 4 months of paid training. Venue: The Mansion Ritchie, Ampang. Entry requirement: Age 18+, basic English. Job placement is subject to successful completion, evaluation and available opportunities.
