We currently serve the Klang Valley (Kuala Lumpur and Selangor), Penang, and Johor. We are continuously expanding to other states based on demand.
A live-in caregiver stays at your home 24/7 and provides round-the-clock support, ideal for seniors needing constant supervision. A live-out caregiver visits during scheduled hours (typically 8–12 hours daily) and goes home after the shift.
All our caregivers are vetted through background checks, hold valid certifications, and have completed our CC Academy training program. The majority are registered nurses or trained caregivers with hands-on experience in elderly care.
Our caregivers hold qualifications ranging from Certified Caregiver, Diploma in Nursing, to Bachelor of Nursing. They are trained in dementia care, post-hospitalisation recovery, fall prevention, medication management, and end-of-life care, with continuous upskilling through CC Academy.
