How to book home care online
Arranging care for someone you love can feel like a lot to carry. Our online booking takes you through it one step at a time, and your Care Manager is there whenever you would rather talk it through.
Your progress is saved as you go, so you can come back later.

Six steps to book
The booking shows your progress at the top of the screen. Each step below uses the same name, so you always know where you are.
- 1Contact

Start with your own details, as the family member coordinating care. We send a six-digit code to your email to keep your information private.
- Enter your email and type in the six-digit code we send you.
- Add your name and contact details. You are the primary contact who receives booking updates.
- Booked with us before? Your saved details appear once your email is confirmed.
- 2Recipient
Tell us about your loved one
Share who will receive care, where visits will take place, and anything that helps us look after them well.
- Their name as per IC or passport, date of birth and nationality.
- The home address where care will take place.
- The languages they are most comfortable speaking, so we can match a Care Professional they can talk to easily.
- Any health conditions, medical equipment (for example oxygen support or a catheter) and special notes, such as diet or mobility aids.
- 3Care Plan

- 6Updates

Need a hand at any step?
You are not doing this alone. Most steps have a "Help me choose" or "Ask Care Manager to help" option, and a Care Manager will pick it up from there. If your Care Manager sent you a personal booking link, please use that one so your booking goes straight to them.
