（吉隆坡9日讯）UOA发展（UOADEV，5200，主板产业股） 宣布，与Care Concierge看护中心公司联营老人看护生意。
根据文告，UOA发展是通过旗下Federaya发展及Regenta发展公司，认购Komune Care公司的60%股权，联营伙伴为Care Concierge看护中心。UOA发展和Care Concierge看护中心早在今年5月签署协议，探讨在相关领域合作。
Komune Care将会设立及管理看护设施，为有需要的老人提供服务。UOA发展并未透露相关投资金额，该股周四跌2仙或1.2%，报1.63令吉
