Specialised Senior Care is a university-certified training program designed to equip you with the necessary skills required to become a professional caregiver.
A joint initiative between UTAR (University of Tunku Abdul Rahman) and CARE Concierge, this comprehensive course will teach you how to properly handle a patient, from assisting in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) to more complex conditions (bedridden patients). You will also learn how to care for the elderly with Dementia, Alzheimer's and Parkinsons, and how to effectively communicate with the elderly.

Note: This program is only applicable to caregivers. Nurse and Therapists are not trained under this Programme.
The Basic Refresher course is for those of you who have ageing seniors at home who require your care.
Be it Post-hospitalisation Care, Surgery Care, Stroke Care, or any other long-term caregiving requirements, this course will equip you with the skills and expertise to deliver it by yourself.
Care Concierge offers a variety of workshops designed around specific topics such as Dementia, Alzheimer, Parkinson etc.
These workshops are best suited for those people who have family members suffering from such ailments and want to learn how to take care of them more effectively. They are conducted on-ground and include hands-on training and demo sessions.

Househelp Training is for those people who have a hired maid at home.
This course will train your hired help to double up as a caregiver for those family members who need it. They will learn how to properly assist a senior member in ADLs (Activities of Daily Living), to accurately dispense medication, administer basic medical procedures, grooming, and personal hygiene.
