Are your CARE Pros certified and trained?

Yes! All candidates have to undergo our in-house training in order to become a CARE Pro. The candidate must successfully demonstrate their skills and competencies before we send them out for cases. The candidates will receive a badge for each skill they have learned, which you can view in the profile of your assigned CARE Pro.

For specialized care, eg. patient requires NGT feeding, a CARE Pro has to have obtained a NGT Feeding badge before we assign them to the case. This is our way of ensuring that the quality of care provided is kept at its best.
