Hands-only CPR & AED Training

Learning Outcome
- Basic Hands-only CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) training includes recognising cardiac arrest, calling emergency services, and proper hand placement for chest compressions.
- AED (Automated External Defibrillator) training includes practicing safety precautions and following universal steps to operate the AED effectively.
Positive Approach to Dementia
